Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy.
If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counted from the date of its receipt, to execute the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without expressing any cause.
You do not have right of withdrawal on the purchases of items that have been customized according to the instructions of the client.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you shall notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract
a) by writing to: Nelissima Jewelry, Carrer Aguila 43, 07609 Llucmajor, Balears, Spain or
b) by emailing info@nelissima.com
either by one means or another, your communication should contain the following details:
- Your full name and address
- Order number appearing on the Bill which has been forwarded to you together with the product acquired
- Description of the goods acquired
- Willingness to withdraw from the contract of sale
- Date of communication
- If you send your request by non-electronic means (for example, postal mail) it must be signed
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will work with you to minimize the cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and Related Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
